Competitive athletes
Aged 13–17 and training consistently in any sport.
Live online small-group mental skills coaching
An eight-week program for competitive athletes aged 13–17 who want practical ways to focus, reset, build confidence and perform more consistently under pressure. The program is delivered in English.
The program
Athletes can train hard and still find that pressure changes how they think, focus and respond. A mistake can stay with them. Confidence can depend too heavily on the last result or what someone else says.
Built for Pressure teaches athletes how to understand their own performance patterns and gives them practical tools they can train, test and adapt in their own sport. Each athlete finishes with a personal mental performance playbook rather than a collection of ideas they heard once and forgot.
Who it is for
The examples and application work are adapted to each athlete's sport, while the core mental skills remain consistent across the group.
Aged 13–17 and training consistently in any sport.
Willing to use the tools between sessions, not only attend the weekly call.
Open to hearing how athletes from other sports handle similar challenges.
The eight-week journey
The program moves from awareness into action, then brings the tools together so athletes know what to use before, during and after performance.
Understand who you are as an athlete and begin noticing what changes when you perform well, struggle or feel pressure.
Recognize patterns in body language, focus and self-talk so you can respond earlier instead of waiting for performance to unravel.
Turn improvement into clear process goals, track the work and build real evidence that you are progressing.
Learn where your attention goes under pressure and practise bringing it back to the cue or action that helps you perform.
Build a repeatable response after a mistake, distraction or difficult moment so one moment does not become the next five.
Develop useful self-talk and confidence routines grounded in preparation, progress and what you can control.
Use imagery and performance routines to prepare with more intention before training and competition.
Bring the tools together into a personal plan you can keep using, reviewing and improving after the program ends.

For athletes and parents
Built for Pressure is an educational mental skills coaching program focused on sport performance. It is delivered in a group and does not replace therapy, medical care or individual clinical support.
Parents receive clear program information and guidance on how to support the athlete's use of the skills without taking ownership of the athlete's work.
